Vancouver’s dynamic food truck scene offers a plethora of culinary delights across the city. Here are my top ten Vancouver food trucks I love most. I’ll walk you through what each food truck is known for, my personal favorite dishes, and where they are frequently found.

 

JAPADOG

  • Offerings: Japanese-style hot dogs that blend traditional Japanese flavors with classic American hot dog. 
  • Story: Established in 2005, JAPADOG gained international fame for its unique and creative offerings.
  • Recommended Dish: The Kurobuta Terimayo, a hot dog topped with teriyaki sauce, mayo, and seaweed. If you try just one food truck, this is the one to try!
  • Typical Locations: Regularly found at Burrard St & Smithe St.
