We had an unforgettable seafood night on Granville Island, and you can too!
This year, Spot Prawns are on Edible Canada’s secret menu – you’ve got to request them in advance, so Edible Canada can “serve them kicking.” (Not literally, but if you know a thing or two about Spot Prawns, you’ll know that freshness – transportation, preparation, and cooking – is absolutely key!)
With Fisherman’s Wharf just steps from Granville Island, Edible Canada will source and prepare Spot Prawns upon request.
To have a Spot Prawn Dinner with Edible Canada;
Call 48 hours in advance, and request the Spot Prawn Dinner. For $49.00/pp, you’ll each get a pound of juicy Spot Prawns and seasonal greens for the table. It’s a minimum of 4lbs (4 people), so grab some friends who are ready to dive in!
Note: This dinner is a limited time offering, depending on Spot Prawn Season. Our guess is that this lasts for the month of June only.
We can attest – this week, the VFT Foodies had an unforgettable Spot Prawn feast at Edible Canada. Sleeves were up, wine was flowing, and we dove right in! Peeling, slurping, and savouring Spot Prawns at a long table – you really feel what it means to enjoy British Columbia’s bounty! We recommend the 2017 Haywire Pinot Gris as a Spot Prawn pairing.
