Important Information about Private Group Tours

• Private Vancouver group tours are the exact same experiences as the Public Tours only in a private setting
• Each food tasting and cultural walking excursion highlights unique food establishments, history, culture and architecture of the neighborhood
• Weekday private tours are generally easier to book than weekend tours
• World’s Best Street Eats Tour is offered only from April to October on Weekdays 11am-3pm, and on Saturdays from late Spring to early Fall
• We will try our best to accommodate special dietary restrictions, please provide details of your dietary restriction at the time of registration
• Vancouver private tours are held rain, shine or snow
• Vancouver group tours are sold on a flat fee basis
• A 15% gratuity will be added
• No refunds given for no shows
• A $35 service fee is charged for returned cheques

Contract Information

Purchased within 14 days of the tour date:
Full non-refundable payment made by PayPal is required immediately to hold a specific date, time slot, and tour guide.

Purchased 15 – 90 days prior to a tour date:
A deposit is required to hold a specific date, time slot, and tour guide. Required deposits are as follows:

Guilty Pleasures Gourmet Tour – $250 (1-12 guests), $500 (13-24 guests), $750 (25-36 guests), $1000 (37-48 guests).

World’s Best Street Eats Tour – $250 (1-15 guests), $500 (16-30 guests), $750 (31-45 guests), $1000 (46-60 guests).

A deposit made through PayPal will hold the date immediately. The remaining balance (non-refundable) is due 14 days prior to the tour.

1-10 guests    $690 flat fee     $69 each additional guest, up to 12 guests

World’s Best Street Eats Tour

1-10 guests    $490 flat fee    $49 each additional guest, up to 15 guests
