What tours do you host?
I host the Granville Island Market Tour, the Best of Downtown Tour, and the Gastronomic Gastown Tour.

Where have you travelled?
I have spent a cumulative 6 months travelling through South America, Europe and Central America. My favourite countries I’ve visited would be Croatia, Peru and Bolivia.

What are your hobbies (besides eating)?
I love to laugh. You can find me every week at a variety of comedy shows around Vancouver. About 3 years ago I decided to give standup comedy a go myself and have recently started performing improv with Blind Tiger Comedy.

What is a fond food memory you’ve had?
Eating my way through Peru and hunting for delicious Saltenas (empanadas) in Bolivia. I spent the better part of 2 months devouring any ceviche I could find in Peru and all the savoury meat pastries available in Bolivia. For the record, nothing compared to the empanadas my mom prepares.
