Hi Foodies!
In celebration of this year’s Small Business Awards, we’re creating small moments (and big memories) for foodies near and far. During a recent World’s Best Food Truck Tour, we caught wind that Mom (of Mom’s Grilled Cheese Truck) created a NEW menu item.
We stopped in our tracks. Mom’s Grilled Cheese Truck makes Vancouver’s best grilled cheese sandwiches and we knew this sandwich would knock a foodie’s socks off.
So, after last Friday’s World’s Best Food Truck Tour, we treated one of our Foodie Guides, Manuela, to her first taste of The Ducati. From the looks of this video, this small moment is one she won’t ever forget!
Inspired by Mom’s very own motorbike, The Ducati features classic Italian porchetta, stuffed with herbs and Italian sausage. It’s topped with mozzarella and provolone cheeses between slices of olive rosemary bread. As a final touch, the whole sandwich is grilled with garlic butter.
