Send a Foodie Delivery via New Vancouver Foundation Grant

Vancouver Foundation has launched a new Neighbourhood Small Grant (NSG) to fund small-scale projects that involve reducing social isolation.

The new Neighbourhood Small Grant supports projects that build community by finding ways to connect with people socially, which includes sending delivery care packages to elderly or immunocompromised people in the neighbourhood.

This means that BC residents can apply for this grant and use the funds to send Granville Island Foodie Deliveries to those in need within the Vancouver area.

For those who apply and would like to use their funds to send Granville Island Foodie Deliveries, we will provide you with an additional $10 credit for your order and coordinate the safe, contactless, delivery of your packages.

We kindly ask that you email us at info@foodietours.ca once you receive your grant.

How do I apply for the Responsive NSG Grant?

You can apply here. The Responsive NSG grant stream provides grants of up to $500 for projects that connect people socially or involve sharing skills or talents with each other.

This is available to all BC residents. The Responsive NSG grant stream is now open as of April 15. The end date will be determined based on public health orders.

Applications are now open and will be accepted on a rolling basis. Applications are reviewed as they are submitted.
