Meet Manuela, our vibrant and endlessly curious foodie tour guide! With her roots in Venezuela, born in the US, and raised in Canada, she’s a multicultural whirlwind who loves diving into different cultures through their cuisines. Her passion for the arts shines through in her acting, singing, and dancing, making every tour an energetic and joyful experience.

Manuela has called Vancouver home since the early ’90s. She completed her Masters in Fine Arts at Columbia University in New York. She’s head over heels for Vancouver’s stunning nature, seasonal delights like spot prawns in May and cherries in summer, and the city’s awesome multicultural vibe. Plus, she’s thrilled to be in “Hollywood North,” where she can pursue her acting dreams while hanging out with her friends.

When she’s not guiding foodie tours, Manuela’s on a quest for the next great restaurant. She enjoys tasting menus, savoring exquisite dishes and wine pairings. She’s also a salsa queen, hitting the dance floor with Cuban-style moves, and loves to recharge with a hike or a stroll through Stanley Park. Sharing her favorite spots and personalized recommendations with guests is her jam – she’s all about creating memorable experiences.
