Where do you deliver?
We offer Contactless Door-to-Door Delivery in the Greater Vancouver Area.
FREE SHIPPING on orders of $99 or more to Vancouver, or $10 off to Greater Vancouver.

When will I get my order?
You can choose your delivery date upon checkout.
Generally, you can choose a delivery date 2-4 days from purchase date (depending on day of the week), and up to 30 days in advance.
*We do not ship on stat holidays.

Can I request other Granville Island items?
At this moment, we are not accepting requests for items outside of our menu. We’ll be adding more items shortly!

Do I need to be home for contactless delivery?
All packages will be delivered using the “knock, drop and go” contactless approach to eliminate interactions.
For delivery to residences, the delivery person will knock or ring the doorbell and leave the package at the safest spot they can see near the door.
For delivery to an apartment building, the resident will be called upon arrival, and the recipient will be asked to come down to receive the package. There will be no contact between the customer and the delivery person.
