What tours do you host?

I lead both the World’s Best Food Truck Tour and the Granville Island Market Tour.

What are some of your favourite food memories?

I’m always a fan of trying new foods and I’ve had the opportunity to visit a few international culinary hotspots, including Thailand, Peru, and Israel. Along with international cuisine and new dishes, traditional southern barbecue holds a special place on my palate. I firmly believe in the therapeutic power of a good steak, brisket, or pulled pork!

Besides eating, what do you do in your spare time?

When I’m not eating, I enjoy cooking and pushing my borders as a chef – it’s always interesting, although risky, business!

Why do you love hosting Vancouver Foodie Tours?

I enjoy meeting new people and sharing my favourite spots in the city with like-minded foodies.

If you could be a food, what food would he be?

If I could be a food, I would be an orange…or a pizza.

What’s something that guests might not know about you?

I have a dog named Moki! She is the furriest foodie on our team. Her favourite food is popcorn, although she loves when I make my barbecue creations because there’s a chance for bits to fall on the kitchen floor!
